- Gilas goes up to 4-2 and they get an inside track to the Final Four while UAE drops to 0-6.

- Jordan got the jump on the Koreans and never looked back. They hit enough shots to keep the erstwhile unbeaten Koreans at bay.
- Curiously enough, coach Hur Jae only inserted leading scorers Jarod Stevenson & Oh Se-Keun in the 2nd quarter, when Jordan was already well ahead.
- Jordan's performance was in complete contrast to how they played against the Japanese in yesterday's freak loss.
- Jordan strengthens its semifinal bid at 4-2 while Korea absorbs its first loss in 6 games.

- Saman Veisi came off the bench to spark the Iranians past the Taiwanese, whom they'll also play against in the coming FIBA-Asia in Wuhan, China.
- Hamed Haddad and Mehdi Kamrani both had good games again, and Iran had a solid supporting cast that helped them finally play to their billing against the home team.
- Taiwan was plain awful against Iran. They shot 29% from the 2pt area and got outrebounded 45-25. Things are expected to change when big man Wu Tai-Hao suits up in the China tourney.
- Iran moves up to 4-2, tying their victims' standing in the process.

Aguilar's 8 points doesn't justify the electricity and presence he brought to the court! Big alley oop slam for Japeth. What a way to rally the team.
