#BestDunkContestOfTheCentury: Relive LaVine X Gordon:

(image from the NBA)
Wholly muddy fudge and piece of sheep.

In the name of everything pristine, profane, and divine.

I think for a while there, His Airness and the Human Highlight Reel were shaking in their boots, worried that their slam dunk face-off in 1988 would be supplanted as the best in human history.

Well, Zach LaVine and Aaron Gordon came pretty close. Dayum close.

And because this year’s Slam Dunk Contest was the best in nearly 30 years, let’s relive the amazing what-you-can-do-I-can-do-better duel of dunking 20s.

I cannot wait for next year.

I’m still trembling. Goosebumps? Check.

And, yes, MJ and Nique are still shaking in their boots.

Wow.

1 of the greatest dunk contests tho majority of zach's dunks were done by james flight white a couple of years back tho not in the nba. James' dunks were more electrifying from the freethrow line and had flight to spare but this dunk off was out of this world!
