Paul Lee came through in the clutch as his game-winning jumper gave the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters a second straight win over Alaska, 105-103, in the 2016 Oppo PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals on Sunday at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum.

With the game tied in the final possession, Lee grabbed a crucial offensive rebound and casually sank a jumper from the midrange that, after a review by the referees, left no time remaining on the clock.

Lee and Jeff Chan each scored 17 points to lead Rain or Shine, while three different Elasto Painters (Jericho Cruz, Beau Belga, and Jewel Ponferada) finished with 14 apiece as they took a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven title series.

RJ Jazul finished with 24 points, shooting 8-for-10 from the field and 5-for-6 from three-point range to lead Alaska, while Dozier posted 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists.
