PETRON BLAZE BOOSTERS over SHOPINAS.COM CLICKERS, 102-77
Petron Blaze got a huge lift from an unexpected source when the Boosters blew Shopinas.com away with a record-setting production in the third quarter. Rob Reyes, a 6-foot-6 back-up center who rarely makes an impact in a game, was in his best element in the third quarter Wednesday night, helping the Boosters dispatch the Clickers for their second straight win.
Reyes, who averaged just 1.8 points in the conference, finished the game with 7 points and had a career-high 4 blocks that he all collected in the telling quarter.
Overall, Petron improved to 5 wins and 3 losses to tie idle Meralco.
Arwind Santos collected 18 points and had 11 rebounds for his sixth double-double effort. Joseph Yeo and Alex Cabagnot each had 16 points and combined for 11 assists for the Boosters, who netted 35 points on 22 Shopinas.com turnovers.
Renren Ritual showed the way for the Clickers, scoring 11 of his team-high 17 points in the fourth quarter when the game had already been decided. RJ Jazul scored 16 points and James Sena added 13 for the Clickers, who managed just 9 points on 4-of-20 shooting in the third period.

TALK N TEXT TROPANG TEXTERS over POWERADE TIGERS, 95-86
Severely crippled, Talk n Text needed a strong finishing kick to overcome Powerade and regain a piece of the lead in the PBA Philippine Cup.
Jarred Dillinger fired three triples to highlight Talk n Text’s decisive 13-2 closing romp that gave them the win and a share of the lead with Rain or Shine at 6-1. A huge downside for the Texters was Ryan Reyes suffering a suspected ACL tear early in the fourth quarter.
Japeth Aguilar and Kelly Williams churned out double-double numbers, combining for 33 points and 23 rebounds as the Texters survived the Tigers. Dillinger stood out at the finish, hitting three important treys in the last three minutes of the game. He wound up with 18 points, 3 rebounds and 3 of assists.
