- Korea led by 53 at the half, and the outcome was never really in doubt.
- SK was led by Kim Jong-Gyu's 23 points. He was ably supported by Yang Dong-Geun and Cho Sung-Min, each netting 15.

Chinese-Taipei over Japan, 75-74
- This was a thriller of a game as the Taiwanese barely scraped by the Japanese.
- Taiwanese star Chen Hsin-An, who plays for the Dongguan City Leopards in the CBA, hit the game-winning charities with about 3 seconds left. Chien Chia-Hung and Wu Tai-Hao backed him up with 15 markers apiece.
- Takuya Kawamura of Link Tochigi Brex led the Japanese side with 28 points. He was the only Japanese in double figures. Ryota Sakurai and Kosuke Takeuchi followed him up with 9 points each.
