The NBA Roundup: March 22, 2013

SAC had an inconsequential win over MIN, the Bulls got swept by the Blazers, and Corey Brewer relived his glory days as a Florida Gator. Today was short on superstars and Playoff implications, but big on excitement!

Day’s Best:
  •       Corey Brewer scoring 6 points in the last 14 seconds to beat the Sixers. He hit an elbow three off a pass from Danilo Gallinari and then hit three straight free throws after getting fouled from top of the key. #whatisclutch
  •        Portland got buried down low, but they compensated by knocking down 10 threes against the Bulls.

Day’s Worst:
  •        Eight days after losing a fourth period lead to the Heat, Philly lost a 5-point lead in the last 14 ticks. #whatismalas
  •        Kirk Hinrich doomed Chicago with his 1-for-11 FG shooting. Where’s D-Rose when you need him?
