NLEX ROAD WARRIORS over MAHINDRA ENFORCER, 82-81

Henry Walker exploded in the fourth quarter to ignite a huge run by the NLEX Road Warriors who sneaked past the Mahindra Enforcer, 82-81, in the PBA Governors’ Cup Wednesday at SMART-Araneta Coliseum.
Walker fired 17 of his 39 points in the final frame to help NLEX (3-3) erase an eight-point deficit late in the game for their second straight game of the conference.
KG Canaleta scored 23 points, while James White added 21 markers for Mahindra (4-2) which, after a 4-0 start, dropped its second straight game.

MERALCO BOLTS over BLACKWATER ELITE, 105-90
Box Scores.
The Meralco Bolts held off a hard-fighting but decimated Blackwater Elite, 105-90, to grab their fourth win of the PBA Governors’ Cup Wednesday at SMARt-Araneta Coliseum.
Allen Durham tallied 30 points, 16 boards and seven assists to lead Meralco which improved to 4-3.
Jared Dillinger added 16 markers while Bryan Faundo and Cliff Hodge contributed 10 points apiece.
Before the game, Blackwater had dealt with injuries to its top players. Forced to miss the game were import Eric Dawson (back spasms), Mike Cortez (strained calf) and JP Erram (ACL injury).
Art Dela Cruz finished with 23 points to pace the Elite, who fell to 1-5 for their fourth straight loss.
