Like in previous posts, I won’t be going into a lot of detail. I’ll use mostly images and then just add captions to each one that will, hopefully, capture the essence of the latest developments in Asian hoops.

| Action continued to heat up all over Asia this week, especially after the Taiwanese SBL finally started! |
Here are the highlights of this past week in Asian hoops:
- Yes, the Liaoning Flying Leopards continue undefeated in the CBA, winning two games this past week to go up 13-0. The Xinjiang Flying Tigers and Jilin Northeast Tigers also revved up this past week, with both climbing to 9-3.
- Over in the KBL, the Incheon ET Land Elephants and the Changwon LG Sakers were the big winners this past week, as each netting 2 wins to climb in the team standings.
- As expected Mahram Tehran and Petrochimi Bandar Imam continued to dominate in the the Iranian Superleague, also going 2-0 this past week.
- In the NBL, the favorites continued to dominate, including the Aishin Seahorses, who remained unscathed after 13 games.
- Over in Kazakhstan, BC Astana stayed in first place after defeating BC Caspiy Aktau, while BC Kapshagay got one over cellar-dweller Almaty Legion.
- The Taiwanese Super Basketball League also just began, with Liu Cheng winning Player of the Week and Taiwan Beer, Yulon Luxgen, and Pure Youth all winning their first two games.
- By far the biggest development, however, was FIBA’s officially suspending Japan from joining any and all officially-sanctioned international competitions.

| Yang Hee-Jong flashes his familiar form for the Anyang KGC, which beat Wonju Dongbu Promy earlier this week, 84-69. |
